What do you call "An electrical appliance that cleans surfaces by suction?"

This question is the first in the 'only in Pittsburgh' series. People in Pittsburgh say 'sweeper' whereas the rest of the country says 'vacuum'. I think Pittsburgh has its own language. If you've ever been there, you'll probably agree.
