If a clock read 2:45 and someone asked you the time, you would tell them the time was:

Response Summary
Two forty-five 53%
Quarter of three 12%
Quarter till three 22%
Other 13%

Two-forty five was the most common response, though it has been pointed out to me that whether the clock is digital or analog can make a difference in the response. Quarter till is used in many different places, while quarter of seems to be used most often in the East.

Quite a few of the write-ins were "quarter to three", so I'll add a dot for that to the map at some point.
