What do you call "Fried chicken wings served with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing?"

I thought this question would produce good results, but they weren't very conclusive. It is interesting how people who live near Buffalo, NY tend to say 'chicken wings' instead of 'buffalo wings' like the rest of the country. I guess since the wings were named after Buffalo they don't feel the need to specify.
